Workshop Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we have a limited number of places available for our workshops and they are normally fully booked. If a cancellation is made prior to the start of the workshop it is often difficult or impossible to schedule a replacement and we are also responsible for the costs of printing material for the courses in addition to processing and administration charges.

We have therefore implemented the following workshop cancellation policy to address this issue:

Cancellations made more than one month before the start of the workshop a full refund of course fees less $20 to cover processing and administration charges.
Cancellations made anytime within one month of the start of the workshop a full refund of course fees less $50 to cover printing costs for workshop material and processing and administration charges.
Cancellations made anytime within 2 weeks of the start of the workshop no refund of course fees will be made.

Please ensure that any notification of cancellation is made in writing or by email and that it is acknowledged in writing or by email in return.
