Children are innate scientists and we want to help foster that inquisitive nature and inspire the next generation of environmental stewards! Let us bring our fun and engaging programs to your classroom! Imagine having your own VARC expert with a lesson plan and activities prepared specially for your students. Our program is hands-on, informative and memorable. We encourage students to inquire and think critically about the natural world around them while still being centered around the professional needs of teachers and the curriculum. VARC presentations offer a unique stimulation for students daily learning.
VARC’s program encourages student development of empathy for nature and a sense of empowerment by teaching them what they can do to help make a difference.

These presentations are provided FREE to teachers in support of VARC's mandate to connect children with birds and nature ands to raise awareness of the environmental issues facing our birds and other wildlife.
Any voluntary donations are gladly accepted and go directly to support our bird research, conservation and education programs.
